A-COLD-WALL* offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are in their original condition with all technical tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and sale items may be subject to specific final-sale conditions.
Initiate Request
Access the online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Shipment
Place the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring all branded dust bags and authentication cards are included to avoid a restocking fee.
Dispatch Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and verifies the condition of the garment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
